Co. 5, Sq. 6, Sq.5 and RS 2 were assigned to a MVC with a car versus a tractor trailer. Unit  531 Capt. Barbour arrived and confirmed that we had what was dispatched. He also advised that we had on fatal injury and a haz mat incident. P-5 and R-5 arrived and controlled hazards and searched the area for other victims. Haz Mat 1 and 10 were on site and worked with Virginia State Police and trucking company on Haz Mat clean up crews. Command would release the P-5, U-5 and both Brush rigs and hold the Rescue and the Command 5. Units assigned to the incident were, P-5,R-5,U-5,B-5,B-5A,RS-2,Medic 6-3.
