Co. 5, Co. 3 (Boonsboro), Co. 1 (RIT) were -assigned to 305 Hunters Creek Road for a structure fire. Lynchburg Fire E-7 was returning to their station, they saw the heavy smoke and had to pass the area to return to their station, they arrived to find heavy fire showing from the entire A side of the home, they started a attack with a 2 1/2, crews from Truck 2 and R-1 from LFD worked with Co. 5 on the interior, R-1's crew would pull two dogs from the home while crews knocked the fire down. R-1 from the BFD would arrived and assist with Division 1. Crews worked together to bring the fire under control quickly. Units assigned were; P-5,E-5,R-1, LFD E-7,T-2,E-8,R-1,M-7, Batt Chf 1, and 2, Medic 14-5, RS-2 County 16 as the FMO.
