Co. 5 and Sq. 5 were assigned to Waterlick Road at Gary's Lawn Care for a head on mvc with multiple injuries. P-5 arrived and FF J. Eggleston had command and advised that we had 4 injuries P-5 and R-5 assist with EMS and start packaging patients. All patient were transferred to LGH via Medic 8-2, and Medic 5-6.
