At 11:00am today members from Company 5 and County Leaders held the official ground breaking of the new fire station in Forest. This as you have read about will be a building for the next 50 years of service, providing much needed space for everything. We look forward to community support from homeowners and business owners to help us continue to protect their investment. The building will be built by Coleman Adams in Forest. Special thanks to Butch Lindsey (Charter Member), Capt J. Blankenship with BCoFR for being our PIO. County Administrator Kathleen Guzi, and Assistant County Administrator Frank Rogers, Board of Supervisor Forest District John Sharp, and Chief J. Jones BCoFR, and all others that attended.
