Co. 5, Medic 14-5, Medic 5-8, RS - 2 were assigned for a MVC with injuries at Cottontown and Forest Road. Co. 5 arrived to find two cars head on with two patients requiring transport to the ER. Both patient were attended to by 14-5 and P-5 crews. Units assigned were P-5,R-5, Medic 14-5,RS-2,Medic 5-8, BCSO, VSP.
