Just before 1600 Co. 5 and Co. 12 (Brookville)  and Co. 1 as RIT were assigned to 1076 Thomas Jefferson Road to Studio Style and Spa for smoke coming from the heating vents. Assistant Chief Hudson arrived and found a single story commerical strip shop with nothing showing from all four sides. P-5's crews would take Recon and R-5 would be attached. W-5 stood ready at the hydrant. Command would release all companies once the complete building was safe to return over to the owners. Units assigned were, P-5,R-5,E-5,W-5, E-12-1, L-1, RS-2 Medic 6-4.
