Tuesday, February 2, 2010 - Co. 5 and Sq. 5 were assigned to Forest Road for a MVC, Unit 507 (EMS Lt.) arrived to find a head on with one PI. Pumper 5 and Rescue 5 packaged the patient and assisted the Medic Unit. Units cleared shortly after the arrival of VSP. Units assigned were P-5, R-5, Medic 5-4.
